Had my intake today. Need a little help being less me. I did a crazy amout of research on GLPs, so many online providers, so many options. I just wanted a place local I could go. Real staff, answered questions and someone to contact if things seemed not right. It's hard to get that online when there is not even a phone number to be able to reach out to.Im super glad I went in thier office today. It was an easy process and delt with live people not just a chat bot. Started my journey to be a little less me and so far feel like I made a good choice going with them.Staff is amazing and had a great experience - 5/27/2026
Bria was amazing! I was in and out, and she took the time to thoroughly inform both me and my mom about the different packages available. She even squeezed my mom in for a last-minute appointment, which we really appreciated.After trying a different weight loss clinic because I thought I wanted something less expensive, I quickly realized it just wasn’t the same experience or results. I ended up coming back, and I’m so glad I did! So far, I’ve lost 36 pounds and couldn’t be happier.Very pleased and happy returning client! - 5/19/2026
I've been going here for months and have had no issues until the other day. I called the other day for my next months supply and spoke with Bria Farrell. She had an attitude when I asked if I could have my supply sent to UTC. She got all snippy and said they might be taking the UTC location away. I wanted to give her my CC when I called and again she got an attitude and said she'll call me on Friday to get it. She called this morning with an even bigger attitude and was very rude. I called her out and asked who was in charge. She said Rich, so I asked if he was available and she said he was out the country. I told her I wanted a call from him. She had an attitude the whole time until we hung up. I told her I would be expecting a call from Rich before we hung up. Then, we were texting and she was rude over texts. I have spent a lot of money here and she was rude and obnoxious and hopefully she has learned that's not how you treat customers. I would really want a call from upper management to make sure this is rectified or I might need to switch to place who respects their customers. - 5/15/2026
