Dr. Marisa Gilbert

Medical Director /Board Certified Physician

Dr. Marissa Gilbert is a physician board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Neurocritical Care. She is also certified in both dermal filler and neurotoxin injections. Dr. Gilbert received her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University’s Chicago Medical School and completed her fellowship and residency programs at the University of Miami Jackson Health System.

Dr. Gilbert has been a physician for 9 years, working closely with nurse practitioners in the critical care setting. She has worked with a full spectrum of patients, from chronic to acute illnesses and those seeking aesthetic services.

Mike Hope is the founder and owner of several successful health and wellness companies, including America’s Wellness Group-Mentor, Hope Athletic Training Institute, Hope Fit, and Hope Fit Longevity Spa. With a passion for holistic fitness, Mike focuses on integrating strength training, functional training, nutrition, yoga, and longevity practices to help clients & patients achieve their highest potential.

Mike holds a Master’s degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University. As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and wellness coach, with years of experience in the fitness industry, Mike has made a name for his philosophies as a leader in sustainable health practices.

In addition to running three companies, Mike has a distinguished history of advocacy and service, having served on the healthcare committee for the Washington State Legislature, where they contributed to shaping policy to improve public health and wellness.

Through their businesses, Mike and his team are committed to empowering individuals to live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives, helping them transform not only their bodies but their entire approach to wellness.

Latoya is committed to providing high-quality care to patients, assisting physicians with procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. Her attention to detail and empathetic approach make her an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work, Latoya enjoys watching movies, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional development in the medical field.

Casey Skinner

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant

Jupiter, Florida

Casey Skinner is a graduate of Jupiter Community High School where he was a part of the HOSA-Future Health Professionals program. While in HOSA, he learned the skills necessary to become a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), EKG technician, and pharmaceutical technician. Casey’s expertise includes assisting with clinical procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Jupiter location. Casey is a highly skilled and caring medical assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Known for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, he ensures that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. His attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of patient needs make him an invaluable part of Americas Wellness Group.

When he’s not in the clinic, Casey is an avid fisherman, boating enthusiast, and enjoys watching the Florida Panthers.
