Dr. Marisa Gilbert

Medical Director /Board Certified Physician

Dr. Marissa Gilbert is a physician board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Neurocritical Care. She is also certified in both dermal filler and neurotoxin injections. Dr. Gilbert received her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University’s Chicago Medical School and completed her fellowship and residency programs at the University of Miami Jackson Health System.

Dr. Gilbert has been a physician for 9 years, working closely with nurse practitioners in the critical care setting. She has worked with a full spectrum of patients, from chronic to acute illnesses and those seeking aesthetic services.

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant/Manager

Casey Skinner is a graduate of Jupiter Community High School where he was a part of the HOSA-Future Health Professionals program. While in HOSA, he learned the skills necessary to become a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), EKG technician, and pharmaceutical technician. He then went on to earn an Associate in Science degree from Palm Beach State College. Casey’s expertise includes assisting with clinical procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation first at our Jupiter location and now in our Port St. Lucie office. Casey is a highly skilled and caring medical assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Known for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, he ensures that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. His attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of patient needs make him an invaluable part of Americas Wellness Group.

When he’s not in the clinic, Casey is an avid fisherman, boating enthusiast, and enjoys watching the Florida Panthers.

Chrystie Bernt is a compassionate Medical Assistant dedicated to helping patients improve their health and confidence. She enjoys supporting individuals on their weight loss journeys and encouraging realistic, lasting lifestyle changes. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where patients feel motivated, understood, and confident in their progress. As she continues to grow in her career, Chrystie is pursuing a Beaming White Teeth Whitening certification to further enhance patient confidence and overall care.
