Dr. Simone S. Van-Horne brings over 20 years of expertise in general internal medicine, facial rejuvenation, aesthetic medicine, and medical spa therapy to Salora Med Spa. Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Van-Horne is dedicated to combining her medical knowledge with the art of aesthetic care to help patients look and feel their best.

She earned her medical degree from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences and completed her internship at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where she served as chief resident and was honored with the prestigious Dinon Teaching Award. Dr. Van-Horne’s blend of extensive clinical experience and passion for personalized aesthetic care makes her a trusted provider for patients seeking natural, transformative results.

Casey Skinner

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant/Manager

Jupiter, Florida

Casey Skinner is a graduate of Jupiter Community High School where he was a part of the HOSA-Future Health Professionals program. While in HOSA, he learned the skills necessary to become a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), EKG technician, and pharmaceutical technician. He then went on to earn an Associate in Science degree from Palm Beach State College. Casey's expertise includes assisting with clinical procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operations at our Jupiter location. Casey is a highly skilled and caring medical assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Known for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, he ensures that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. His attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of patient needs make him an invaluable part of Americas Wellness Group.

When he’s not in the clinic, Casey is an avid fisherman, boating enthusiast, and enjoys watching the Florida Panthers.

Jessica Mello

Medical Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant

Port St. Lucie, Florida

Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Jessica has always been passionate about serving and giving back to the community she calls home. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2019 before becoming a Medical Assistant. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including memory care, functional medicine, dermatology, and medical aesthetics.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and has continued to build both her clinical and administrative expertise. Her training includes phlebotomy and functional therapy, and she has assisted with surgical procedures. She has also held leadership and administrative roles as an on-site office manager, cosmetic coordinator, and front desk manager.

What she enjoys most about healthcare is building meaningful relationships with her patients and being part of their individual journeys. Helping people feel better, build confidence, and reach their health goals is what makes her work so rewarding. She is grateful for the opportunity to combine her healthcare experience with her passion for helping others while continuing to serve her local community.
